We understand that you may not be ready to receive your furniture until a specific date for a variety of reasons, including travel, vacation home, or ongoing construction/renovation. Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order to request delayed delivery of your items. We will gladly hold your order until you are ready to have it delivered. We are unable to hold your items if:
- You have not placed an order and made payment.
- If your shipment has already been processed.
In most cases, we will not charge any storage fees for delays of up to two months. We will notify you in advance if a storage fee is required to continue holding your order.
