Your shipment is fully insured, and we take every precaution to prevent shipping damage. For in-home or white glove deliveries, please take your time and thoroughly inspect all merchandise when it arrives, before signing any paperwork or the trucking/delivery company leaves. If you notice any damage during delivery, follow the steps below:
- If the damage is minor (e.g., a scratch, hole, or dent), DO NOT refuse the product and accept it as is.
- Before signing the delivery receipt, make a note of the damage and take a photo of it. Any damage must be noted on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before signing for the goods.
- Send an email to [email protected] or text us at (949) 444-5480 with photos of the damage and the receipt, and we will replace the damaged part(s) at no cost to you as soon as possible.
For threshold or drop-off deliveries, you must report any damage within 48 hours of receipt. Please send an email to [email protected] or text us at (949) 444-5480 with photos of the damaged item and its box, and we will replace the damaged part(s) at no cost to you as soon as possible.
