My furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?

We understand how disappointing it is to discover that you are unable to locate the hardware required to install your new furniture. In most cases, the hardware bag may have been dropped to the bottom of the box, making it difficult to see among the other plastic sheets and materials. So please take your time and thoroughly check all of your packaging first. If you still can not find them, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can get the missing hardware or part to you as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that in some cases, the shipping crew may package all of the necessary hardware in a single bag and attach it to one of your multiple items.
