How long does a custom order to arrive?

The estimated time of arrival for custom orders vary between 12 - 16 Weeks depending on the manufacturer. Your custom order will be shipped internationally therefore occasionally there may be maritime delays involved and when it reaches the US port, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Do you ship to Canada?

All of our items are available to ship within the United States. Only sohoConcept ( and Modloft ( products are also eligible for Canadian shipping. Please contact us ( for more details.

What are the Shipping Options? Who will deliver my order?

Smaller items in small quantities will ship via FedEx, and larger items or large quantity orders will be delivered via Freight Companies or White Glove Delivery service when requested. For all Freight and White Glove Deliveries, you will be called by the Carrier Company a few days prior to delivery to schedule an appropriate day and time for your delivery.

What is your delivery lead time?

Most furniture orders for in-stock items shipping via Free Shipping will leave our warehouses within 2-4 business day(s). Exact delivery times are dependent on your location or the carrier companies over which we have no direct control. We will send you an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped out and if a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. What if I have a specific time I need the order delivered by?

All you need to do is put a note in the "notes/Instructions" area at the checkout including the exact delivery date you wanted. We will be happy to hold your order till you want it to be delivered.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order and we will work to correct the problem. It would be great help if you e-mail us the pictures of damaged or defective item in order us to ship the replacement product immediately to you.
